Governor Cuomo's first 100 days agenda includes his version of a green new deal: committing to make New York's electric grid carbon neutral by 2040 and eventually eliminate the state's carbon footprint.

His plan is now getting compared to others with the same name, like Congresswoman-elect Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez's version. And Cuomo is getting credit for taking action on climate change, but some critics argue this still does not go far enough.
