The first, and perhaps only, gubernatorial debate held Tuesday between Governor Andrew Cuomo and Republican candidate, Dutchess County Executive Marc Molinaro, has sparked concern over the lack of discussion about Upstate issues: namely, an overburdened tax-base and lack of job creation, outdated infrastructure, and a struggling dairy industry.

As the election approaches, barely two weeks away, voters want answers.
