Efforts to preserve and protect the Hudson River is a major priority for those at the Nature Conservancy--

A new report called 'The Hudson River Comprehensive Restoration Plan' details over 1,800 potential projects that could bring about restoration efforts to Hudson River Valley communities--highlighting areas in need or in danger of being threatened--and it's meant to inform future government plans.

Stu Gruskin is the chief conservation and external affairs officer for the Nature Conservancy, he explains further.
