An incident in another state is renewing concerns about the pilot program that gives prison inmates acces to computer tablets.

In Idaho, a group of prisoners were able to hack into the financial system to transfer money to their own accounts.

New York's Department of Corrections insists that there is a safe guard against this specific issue.

But legislators who objected to the program from the beginning are not convinced.
