People living in New York City continue to push for changes to get the Big Apple moving more efficiently. A coalition of labor unions, transportation advocates and ride hailing company Uber are urging state lawmakers to pass congestion pricing. The Fix NYC plan includes imposing a charge on for-hire vehicles - like Uber - that would help fund transit improvements. Alex Matthiessen, Executive Director of Move New York, explains.
