The Conservative Party of New York released its annual legislative scorecard. When it comes to the Republican-controlled Senate, the conservative rating has seen a drop. Overall, the Senate’s rating fell from 69 percent last year to 55 percent this year. Joining me now to explain how they reached their results, and whether they could affect next year's elections, is Mike Long, chair of the state's Conservative Party.
