This year marks the 25th anniversary of the federal Americans with Disabilities Act and advocates say a new state law will improve enforcement here in New York. Late last month, Governor Cuomo signed a measure to incorporate Title Two of the ADA into the New York State Human Rights Law. That portion of the act prohibits discrimination by government entities.
