The state's latest energy plan is a roadmap to build a clean and affordable system. It includes goals such as reducing greenhouse gas emissions by 40-percent and getting 50-percent of electricity from carbon-free renewables. And, leaders with the Natural Resource Defense Council says if New York stays committed to clean energy, they could lead the nation.
