BUFFALO, N.Y. — Halloween is just around the corner and if you’re looking to experience some paranormal activity, there's a Buffalo museum that is said to have plenty of ghosts to go around.
Iron Island Museum has a long history of hauntings and had been featured nationally on the Discovery Channel and "Ghost Hunters."
The museum is a funeral home that has been turned into a museum. There, officials found remains in the basement when they took over and say that's why you'll find ghosts both inside and out.
"A girl in white showed up in our parking lot the other day when the pizza man came," said Marge Hastreiter, museum curator. "He didn't get out of his car right away and he tooted his horn and came back and gave Linda the pizza and said 'is there's a little girl in there?' and she says 'no.' And he said 'a little girl in white just ran past my car.' He said he's never coming back."
If you're brave enough, the museum is offering guided ghost tours and overnight ghost hunts. For more information on that, click here.
