The Buffalo Bills' top brass are currently in Florida for the annual owners meeting, and that means the NFL Draft is not far away.

Bills General Manager Brandon Beane says he has turned his attention to the draft just a few days after agreeing to a four-year contract extension with standout cornerback Christian Benford.

While Beane's focus has shifted to adding players out of college, he said there still may be a route to add in free agency if the money is right.

"We'll continue to add in the draft, and then I can even see maybe there's an opportunity after the draft, which again speaks to we have to be mindful of our cap, where we're at and knowing that there may be opportunities after the draft for players to become available," he said.

The Bills signed five-time Pro Bowl pass-rusher Joey Bosa in free agency earlier this month to a one-year, $12.6 million deal.

Meanwhile, Benford is the latest Bill to receive a four-year extension this offseason, joining defensive end Greg Rousseau, wide receiver Khalil Shakir and linebacker Terrell Bernard. Beane also rewarded quarterback Josh Allen, the reigning NFL MVP, with a six-year contract worth $330 million.

The NFL Draft begins Thursday, April 24, and runs through Saturday, April 26.
