ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. — Mitchell Trubisky has been placed on the Bills' Reserve/COVID list.
Davis Webb has been elevated from the practice squad and will be Josh Allen's back-up Sunday.
Allen and Webb will be the only active QBs to suit up against Jacksonville.
Trubisky is the second Bills quarterback to land on the Reserve/COVID list this week, with practice squad's Jake Fromm getting placed there on Tuesday.
Last season the Bills had Fromm act as the team's emergency COVID QB, isolating him from the rest of the team to protect against a possible COVID spread amongst the QBs.
They do not have an emergency COVID QB this season.
Other roster moves Saturday included placing OL Jon Feliciano on injured reserve and signing OL Jamil Douglas to the 53-man roster. Feliciano now will miss at least the next three games with a calf strain.
TE Quinton Morris was also elevated from the practice squad.
The Bills face the Jaguars Sunday in Jacksonville at 1 p.m.
