LUXOR Steak and Lobster on Main Street in Buffalo, near Winspear Avenue, has been ordered to cease all operations. 

City officials say the decision was made after a man was killed in a shooting that took place outside of the establishment early Sunday morning. Police say the victim has been identified as Darius Spates, 42, of Buffalo. 

A hearing involving the Buffalo Police Department, the city's Department of Permit and Inspection Services and the owners of Luxor will take place at a later date to determine when and if they can reopen.
