Amherst police are investigating what caused two cars to collide on Niagara Falls Boulevard Monday afternoon.
Police say a 58-year-old man was driving a GMC truck south on the Boulevard when it hit a Chevrolet vehicle driven by a 24-year-old woman.
The driver of the truck was taken to ECMC with minor injuries.
A passenger in the vehicle was also taken to ECMC, but they sustained serious head and back injuries.
Everyone in the Chevrolet vehicle was taken to Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital for evaluation.
Amherst police are asking for any videos or witnesses of the crash to come forward.
No charges have been filed at this time.
