Even after winning a Super Bowl, Western New York native Nick Sirianni never forgets where he came from.

The Jamestown native and Southwestern Central School graduate is fresh off coaching the Philadelphia Eagles to a Lombardi trophy with their win over the Kansas City Chiefs last month.

The 43-year-old has been to two Super Bowls and won one in just four seasons as the Eagles head coach.

Folks in Jamestown have rallied around Sirianni and all his success with the Eagles, with family, friends, the school and greater community showing support.

"To see that the town is so excited for you, or my parents see somebody at church and say, ‘this person asked about you,’ or, ‘that person asked about you,’ that's an awesome thing, because it takes all those people. The town and the school that you went to make you who you are today, part of what shaped you who you are today,” Sirianni said at the NFL Scouting Combine in Indianapolis. “The high times that you have there, the low times that you have there shape you and I am definitely a product of Jamestown. Jamestown, New York. And I am really proud of that and thank all the people, coaches, teachers, parents, friends, family, you know, everything that helped shape me who I am today."

The combine continues throughout the week with prospects meeting with the media, interviewing with NFL teams and hitting the field for workouts.
