What's left of Mulligan's Brick Bar will be demolished at 9 a.m. Wednesday.

The decision comes following Sunday morning's fire that caused more than $2 million in damages.

Officials worked to create a plan that would save at least the facade of the structure, but city leaders say the owner of the bar, Kim Rossi, does not want to pursue emergency stabilization. She will, however, be donating items from the bar to the Buffalo History Museum.

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) on Monday officially ruled the cause of the fire as undetermined, and is being classified as accidental, most likely being the result of an electrical or mechanical malfunction.

"Brick Bar" will be the second historic bar in Buffalo to be demolished in the last year after The Old Pink was set on fire last July.
