There’s a new place to get medical treatment in Niagara County.  

WellNow Urgent Care's newest location on Center Street in Lewiston opens for the first time Wednesday.

It will be open on weekdays only, Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m.-8 p.m.

Officials say they’re happy that they can expand their services. Prior to this, if Lewiston residents needed to go to a WellNow Urgent Care, they would have had to drive to Niagara Falls, or, even further, to Grand Island.

"We see a need in a community like this again to offer comfortable, convenient, urgent care, high-quality medical care outside of the normal emergency room or other doctors' offices," said Aaron Silver, director of market operations, WellNow Urgent Care.
