Western New Yorkers came together to celebrate the start of Pride Month this weekend.

Sunday marked the annual Buffalo Pride Parade.

It started at Elmwood and Forest Avenues and ended down at Elmwood and Allen Street.

After the parade, people had a chance to go down to Canalside for the Pride Festival.

It featured performances from Western New York's LGTBQ+ community. Some of those include Monét X Change and Jason Kendig.

There were also local vendors as well as food and drinks.
