Buffalo Bills running back James Cook has been named AFC Offensive Player of the Week after rushing for a career-high 179 yards while adding 42 yards on two receptions in Buffalo's 31-10 win over the Dallas Cowboys in Week 15.

This marks the first time Cook has won the award, becoming the first Bills running back to win the offensive player of the week award since Travis Henry in Week 6 of 2002.

Cook had a rushing and receiving TD against the Cowboys.

He currently ranks second in the NFL in rushing with 968 yards, and is tied for 11th in attempts with 188.

The Bills will next take on the Los Angeles Charges Saturday night.
