Charles Korb proudly displays his love for the Bills everywhere he goes and it starts the moment he pulls out of his driveway.

“When I finally bought this truck, they gave me three options: white, black or red. I fell in love with the red. I’m like, ‘Dude, that’s Bills colors,’ he said. “We’ve got to deck this thing out. Being a season ticket holder, driving back and forth to games, going to road games. It would just be awesome, you know?”

Korb had his new truck wrapped with the Bills logo, and the reactions to seeing him chugging down the street are constant.

“Oh, I get all kinds of horn honks and ‘Go Bills.’ There’s a lot of people that say they’re jealous because I have a wrap on my vehicle and they don’t,” he said.

It’s a passion that began when he was a kid. His blue-collar father introduced him to the game, and while they couldn’t afford tickets back then, they bonded over the Bills.

“I’ve been a diehard Bills fan ever since I was little,” he explained. “All four of those Super Bowls, having a big old Super Bowl party, sitting there enjoying it with the family and we end up losing them. But you can’t take back that type of time, you know.”

He always takes the show on the road, but it begins at home — a place his family bought specifically to be near Highmark Stadium just a couple miles away.  And there’s no mistaking who they root for.

“Well, the first thing I said when we bought this house is we’ve got to deck it out. We’ve got to get a bunch of Bills signs. We’ve even got a little Josh Allen right there, hurdling,” he said.

It’s no leap of faith to understand how much football and family go together for Korb’s crew.

“In this house, the Korb family loves, hugs and laughs together, dreams big, is grateful, has fun and cheers for the Bills,” he said.

A match made in heaven — Charles and his wife Alicia renewed their wedding vows in the tailgate lot before a game this fall.

“Tried to surprise the wife with it, but she doesn’t really like surprises all that much so I had to tell her what was going on. But it was great. It was awesome,” he said.

Love for the Bills — a family affair they’re passing down to their own children.

“My 10-year-old is super big into football. It was his first home game, and he loved it. He fell in love with it,” Korb explained.

Just like Charles did decades ago.
