Community organizations are eligible to receive at-home COVID tests, disinfectant wipes and non-surgical face masks at no cost, according to the Erie County Department of Health.

Interested organizations can fill out an order form on the ECDOH web site, which asks for contact information, quantities, and a brief description of how and where the supplies will be used, to obtain PPE.

“The federal government suspended its at-home COVID-19 test ordering program for households, which took away another convenient and free option for those tests,” said Commissioner of Health Dr. Gale Burstein. “We are making COVID-19 tests available through municipalities and community groups as another way to get them directly into the hands of people who can use them.”

Additionally, residents who attend ECDOH community outreach activities and COVID vaccine clinics and testing sites can pick up PPE.
