​​BUFFALO, N.Y. — ​Today is National Chicken Wing Day and since the delicious dish was born in New York, we have to celebrate!

Fun fact: the first National Chicken Wing Day was proclaimed in 1977 by Buffalo Mayor Stan Makowski.
