ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. — Good news for Bills fans: state officials on Tuesday confirmed Highmark Stadium is considered an outdoor venue, which can now operate at full capacity without restrictions.
That means Bills Mafia can pack the stands this fall for home games, thanks to the governor lifting mandatory COVID-19 restrictions.
As of right now, however, the state says masks will be required for any unvaccinated patrons in keep with CDC guidelines.
