An Erie County man has been arrested and charged in connection with the riots at the U.S. Capitol on January 6.
The FBI captured photos that allegedly show Daniel Warmus, who owns Worm-A-Fix Automotive Repair in Orchard Park, at the Capitol that day.
The court documents allege that on January 12, the FBI received a tip that Warmus spoke about his involvement while at a dentist’s office. He allegedly refused orders from a police officer that day, and smoked marijuana while inside the Capitol.
Warmus is facing four federal charges, which include violent entry and disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds and disrupting government operations.
