It wasn’t an easy morning getting up for Bills fans after Sunday night’s loss against the Kansas City Chiefs.
But as people sat down for breakfast at Eggsquisite Eats on Grand Island, they remained optimistic.
All said they are extremely proud of the team and they know good things will come.
"I'm wearing black, but I am not in mourning,” said Jim Reidling. “I think they did a fantastic job. 15 games and there is no way they could better themselves except to win and in my opinion. They are winners."
"Honestly this team has come so far, so I am not too upset about it,” said Chris DeMaria.
"I am so proud of Buffalo, and the citizens, and Bills Mafia, and this was so needed,” said Paul McCarthy. “What a joy it has been to get this far."
McCarthy also added how incredible the amount of money that Bills Mafia members raised during this season for charitable causes.
The owner of the restaurant, Tim Lango, says he knows next year will be their year.
