Another bar in Erie County is being punished for violating Gov. Cuomo’s coronavirus regulations.
The Village Line in Kenmore has had its liquor license suspended.
On Friday, a state Liquor Authority investigator scoped out the tavern after complaints were lodged that they weren't selling food with their drinks.
Spectrum News is told the investigator saw three people sitting at the bar drinking alcohol without food. After requesting a menu from an employee, the investigator was told he could go next door for pizza and bring it back to the bar.
Several other bars have faced consequences for violations over the last few months, including AJ’s in Clarence and Mr. Quiggleys Dead Dog Saloon in Lockport.
