DWI and weapons charges have been dropped against Buffalo Bills defensive tackle Ed Oliver.

The Montgomery County district attorney says test results show there were no drugs or alcohol in Oliver's system the night he was arrested in early May.

On the night of his arrest in Texas, Oliver was observed driving over 100 miles per hour, had an open beer inside his vehicle, and failed field sobriety tests.

In a statement, the Bills say they are pleased with the ruling and have appreciated Oliver's honesty and communication throughout the process.
