More than half of Buffalo State's women's soccer team have quit in hopes it leads to the removal of the head coach.
Eleven players decided they would no longer play under Nicholas Demarsh as their coach. He has served in this role for the past 18 years.
The complaints filed by the women are something a Buff State official described as disturbing and an "environment not aligned with the institutions values."
An investigation into the situation began earlier this month and is still ongoing.
The team's 2019 season ended in October.
