A man who helped in a kidnapping turned deadly is set to spend the next five years in prison.
Matthew Schunk, 54, was sentenced in Erie County Court today.
Schunk admitted to kidnapping 23-year-old Jonathan Grumble in 2017.
Buffalo police found him shot to death in an empty lot on Quincy and Ashley Streets that May.
On Wednesday, Tevin McCutcheon, 24, was convicted of murder in the case.
McCutcheon could spend the rest of his life in prison when he's sentenced next month.
