BUFFALO, N.Y. — The school bus driver shortage is affecting families across in Western New York and across the state.

Spectrum News 1 spoke with Hamburg Central School Superintendent Michael Cornell about the issue. As the president of the Erie-Niagara School Superintendents Association, he addressed the causes of the shortage and what districts are doing about it.

Superintendent Cornell also talked about how the problem is impacting families and students like Ashley Harris-Rogers in Buffalo.
