Scott Patterson has been waking up Western New Yorkers for more than 10 years. He currently co-anchors the weekday editions of Your Morning on Spectrum News 1.
A native of Schoharie, NY, Scott became an adopted Western New Yorker when he married his wife Carrie, who grew up in the Town of Tonawanda. They currently have one son named Ethan.
Scott always knew he wanted to be a journalist. He anchored his first radio newscast at age 17 and filed his first TV news report at age 20.
When Scott isn't working, you can find him spending time with his family. The Pattersons love to hike, taking part in the Western New York Hiking Challenge every year. They also enjoy travel. Some of their favorite vacation spots are the Adirondacks, coastal Maine and baseball spring training in Florida.
