This morning anchor has been with the Spectrum News Buffalo team for almost seven years – you can catch him on-air waking up with the City of Good Neighbors every weekday morning! A Schoharie native, Scott has adopted the Western New York local title through his wife, Carrie.
This early bird anchored his first radio newscast at 17 and made his first TV appearance at age 20. In all his years of reporting, his most meaningful story was covering the aftermath of September 11th, just starting out as a reporter in Albany. Covering a story so powerful taught Scott just how great the responsibility is as a reporter to deliver news updates to his viewers that have such a deep connection to the stories he reports.
When Scott isn’t on screen, you can find him spending time with his three-year-old son Ethan and his wife. The family of three love to travel and visit Florida every March to enjoy the warm weather and watch spring training baseball games.
