This weekend, local high schoolers will have a chance to show off their gaming skills.
Video games and electronic sports are now popular to the point there's a national association of college e-sports.
Bryant and Stratton College is hosting students in grades nine through twelve to showcase their competitive e-sports teams.
There will be two tournaments starting Saturday.
Players can choose between the popular football franchise 'Madden' or the action game 'Fortnite'.
Saturday's winners will compete in the finals on Sunday.
Those winners will get a $100 visa gift card and connect with the people heading up the college's e-sports team.
