Flooding is a big concern right now down in the Southern Tier, as rain continues to batter areas like Broome County.

In the town of Chenango, you can see rising water levels, as well as crews cleaning up streets full of mud that was left behind from storms Sunday night.

The town was actually put under a state of emergency shortly after those storms rolled through.

If you're someone who has been displaced by flooding, the Red Cross and Broome County have opened an emergency shelter at Saint Mary’s Recreation Center in Binghamton.
