Three days into jury selection in the Aaron Powell murder re-trial and just six jurors were selected.

Powell was originally found guilty of killing his estranged wife Christina Powell and her friend Mario Masciarelli. That conviction was later reversed on appeal.

Issues arose relating to the fairness of a juror. The un-named person operated a law firm that represented Powell during a custody battle with Christina.

Jury selection began Monday with not a single juror picked that day. Attorneys Bruce Barkett and Chris Grace have spoken to more than 200 potential jurors so far.

Jury selection is expected to last at least the rest of the week.
