NATIONAL -- British singer Adele has returned to the music charts in record-breaking fashion.
The pop star's new single "Hello" not only debuted at number one on the Billboard Hot 100, but the song has also become the first to get more than 1 million US downloads in a week.
The nostalgic piano ballad was released October 23, and scored one-point-one million downloads in its first week according to Billboard.
Plus, the song's music video set a record on Vevo for most views in a single-day.
Adele's new album, 25, hits stores November 20th.
