CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- William and Foster Harris are active high school seniors at Charlotte Country Day School.

The twins started a group and website called Naturalize Charlotte last year. The website has resources for people going through the naturalization process which Harris's say can be confusing from the paperwork to the interview.

“It's a group of people that are contributing immense amounts, so we are so grateful to be a part of putting some resources out there,” says William.

Last month, as the coronavirus put issues like immigration on the back burner the Harris' switched their focus. They added resources on the stay-at-home order to the Naturalize Charlotte website. Some of the resources are presented in different languages.

It helps create a level playing field as people stay safe and consume news many of us never imagined. The brothers work with the City of Charlotte and other organizations to reach out to the immigrant community.
