RALEIGH, N.C. – The 34th International Festival of Raleigh has been postponed due to concerns over the spread of coronavirus, according to the City of Raleigh and the Raleigh Arts Commission.
The event was scheduled for this weekend (March 6-8) at the State Fairgrounds.
The city and arts commission released a statement: “Our highest priority is the safety of our attendees and participants. Due to the possible risk of virus spread, we have decided to postpone this year’s event. Please mark your calendar for February 26-28, 2021 – we’ll make up for the missed celebration then!”
