DUPLIN, N.C. – The FAA is investigating a small plane crash in Duplin County.
- A small plane crashed in Duplin County Thursday morning.
- Two people and two dogs were on board.
- No one was injured.
Officials say no one was injured when a Cirrus SR22 traveling from Massachusetts to Florida went down in Kenansville around 10:25 Thursday morning.
The pilot was able to use a parachute equipped on the aircraft to help descend safely.
A passenger and two dogs on board were also not injured.
The NTSB will work to determine the cause of the accident.
