NORTH CAROLINA -- Heavy rain and storms caused flooded roads, downed trees and fallen power lines this Fourth of July.
A large tree fell in a Durham neighborhood leaving parts of Dacian Avenue blocked. The same tree also took down powerlines in the area. It is unclear if anyone was hurt.
As rain continued, roads in the Sandhills also flooded.
The storms lead Fort Bragg to cancel their Fourth of July celebration.
