RALEIGH, N.C. -- A man is accused of inappropriately touching a 12-year-old girl outside of a Raleigh library.
It happened outside the Wake County Public Library on Fayettevile Street on Saturday between 6 and 6:30 p.m.
Christopher Baumgarden, 39, is accused of touching the girl's breast and hugging her.
Baumgarden was arrested and charged with a misdemeanor count of sexual battery.
