A worried mother tipped off law enforcement on Thursday that a student was bringing weapons to campus.
When police found the student's car, there were gun accessories in plain sight.
Investigators got a search warrant and seized several guns from the student's car.
"You think of all the bad things, you think about people being killed. You have the active alarms, you know, the drills in class. Teachers say if this does happen, I work at the gym, if there was an active shooter what would you do. So it's definitely a thing," said sophomore Brendan Hilferty.
The student was not on campus at the time.
Police believe the school was never in any danger.
