GARNER, N.C. -- The suspect in the Valentine's Day shooting at a Garner Walgreens has been released from the hospital and charged.

Stephen Denning, 60, has been charged with two counts of Assault with a Deadly Weapon with Intent to Kill Inflicting Serious Bodily Injury, and Possession of a Weapon of Mass Destruction. Denning was in the hospital after being shot by officers attempting to take him in.

He's accused of shooting two pharmacy workers, Sarah Wright and Brandon Gordon.

Wright was released from the hospital Tuesday, and Gordon still remains at WakeMed with an unknown condition.
