DURHAM, N.C. -- The rain didn't keep protesters from voicing their opposition to the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency, Saturday.

A crowd of approximately 100 people staged the rally at El Centro Hispano. The wet weather forced the crowd inside, but their anti-ice sentiments were on full display.
The groups are concerned about ICE's increased presence in the state's largest metropolitan areas.
"It's about who we report to be as a country and as a nation and we must follow the lead of the Latino community, and not get out in front of them because they have to live with it, every day, every noon-day and all through the night," Rev. William Barber with Repairers of the Breach said.
ICE says they're stepping up their efforts to crack down on illegal immigrants in reaction to policy changes by sheriffs in some of the state's largest counties.
