NORTH CAROLINA -- Four new flu deaths have been reported in North Carolina by NC Health and Human Services.
That makes for 27 deaths total for this flu season, spanning from September 30, 2018 to May 18, 2019.

As of now, there are a reported 44 fewer deaths than this time last year.
