DURHAM, N.C. -- Police have arrested a fourth suspect in a murder in Cary Wednesday.
- They're trying to track down 27-year-old Joshua McClain, who is wanted for murder and other charges in the killing of Ly Teng Nhiayi.
- Kairi Fulwood and McClain's brother Jarrett were taken into custody.
- The three other suspects, Derrick Tyson, Reginald McClain and Walter Thorne-Price were all arrested in September.
Tuesday evening officials were trying to track down 27-year-old Joshua McClain along Sherron Road, midway between Durham and the Brier Creek area. He was wanted for murder and other charges in the killing of Ly Teng Nhiayi back in July. Nhiayi's body was found inside a burning car.
Authorities say they spotted a car Tuesday afternoon with who they believed to be Joshua McClain. While attempting to pull it over, the vehicle fled and, after a short pursuit, two men jumped out and made a run for it.
The sheriff's office says Kairi Fulwood was located a short time late and they then began searching for who they believed was Joshua McClain.
After finding the second man, they realized he wasn't Joshua but his 24-year-old brother Jarrett McClain. Both were taken into custody and charges are pending for them.
Joshua McClain was arrested Wednesday afternoon in Cary, and has been taken to the Durham County Jail.
The three other suspects, Derrick Tyson, Reginald McClain and Walter Thorne-Price were all arrested in September and charged with murder.
