LUMBERTON, N.C. -- The Guatemalan father of Hania Aguilar will not be able to attend his daughter's funeral this weekend.

• He was denied a temporary visa to enter the U.S.
• The father's lawyer says officials denied the Visa because the father "does not have enough ties to the country."
• No one has been arrested for Aguilar's death

13-year-old Aguilar was kidnapped from her Lumberton home one month ago.

Authorities found her body last week.

A $30,000 reward is being offered in the case.
