RALEIGH, N.C. -- The family of Frederick Hall, the man seen in a violent confrontation with Raleigh Police last week, gave their first comments since the Wake County district attorney announced those officers would not face charges.
- Hall is charged with assault and has been bonded out
- Another man at the center of a police brutality case, Kyron Hinton, joined Tuesday's conference
- Hall's family is planning to protest during city council's meeting Sept. 4

Hall has been charged with assault, but his family bonded him out.
He appeared alongside them at Tuesday’s news conference.
They were also joined by Kyron Hinton, the Raleigh man at the center of a police brutality case with Wake County deputies and state troopers.
Hall's family says although Raleigh Police released 10 angles of footage of the arrest, they still are upset they haven't seen what, if anything, provoked Hall to start swinging at officers.
"The video was from the back, you see that. You share what you want to share, do what you do. It's all going to come out. You can hide it from me, but when the court date comes you can't hide it for so long. You're going to have to show it,” said Hall’s sister Angela Sam.
Hall's family and his advocates are also planning to protest Raleigh Police during city council's next meeting on Sept. 4.
