- Complaint filed after Trammell asked victim to leave
Theon Trammell, 26, is accused of inappropriately touching a resident at the New Life Mission homeless shelter.
According to arrest warrants, the pastor was in a relationship with the 18-year-old victim.
The victim filed the complaint after Trammell asked the victim to leave.
He was being held at the Cumberland County Detention Center but bonded out.
