DURHAM -- A construction worker in Durham has been injured in a structural collapse.

The structure, a three-story apartment building currently under construction, is located at 5840 Farrington Road.

The worker was injured and treated by Durham Fire Department crews.

The crews placed him in a basket before lowering him to the ground with a ladder truck.

He was transported to Durham County EMS and then UNC Hospitals. 

His condition is unknown.
