RALEIGH -- The Raleigh Police Department is investigating after the manager of a Burger King was robbed while driving to the bank.
Police say the manager was going to make a deposit Monday morning when their car was struck from behind on Mars Street.
After rear-ending the manager, the suspect approached their car and demanded the deposit slips.
Police say the suspect was armed.
The suspect then fled the scene, leaving the manager shaken but unharmed.
