FAYETTEVILLE -- Fayetteville fire investigators are looking into a deadly house fire.
It happened Saturday morning on Saint Paul Avenue in the Evergreen Estates community.
Firemen found one person dead in a back bedroom of the house.
Neighbors said the property was being rented and at least two or three people lived there.
The victim's body has been taken to the state medical examiner's office for an autopsy.
